Spotless, stocked room available with comfortable beds, couches plus nice bathrooms. Very very good breakfast, unbeatable location in a good area.

When I am in Jacksonville, I like staying here. The hotel is well-kept, breakfast is particularly good. Its location is great in a college town. Also it is close to many restaurants as well as Jacksonville, Alabama😃❤

It made my trip to Jacksonville a very nice experience. Every detail of this wonderful property was perfect. The location was great and unbeatable as for me, really close to AL. For the McMillian family reunion, the square and campus and shops, restaurants, and the university. The staff were all absolutely courteous and friendly.

No complaints, I loved the stay and would come back for sure. I had a queen room and it was updated with comfy beds. All the staff was absolutely courteous, settled my issues. The hotel was set in a remote area really close to the square and campus, restaurants and stores, and the stadium.

The room was well-stocked, moreover impeccably clean with towels. The room had a writing table and an iron.

The staff was amazing, friendly, and very helpful. They even went out of their way to locate the owner of a lost wallet. The food was delicious, especially the smoothies and waffles with chocolate chips. The beds were comfy and the comforter was amazing. The attention to detail in the breakfast area was commendable and the entire staff, from laundry to front desk, was exceptional.

Location: the hotel was next to landmarks and the airport. Also, it was about 15 minutes' drive to a multi-purpose stadium. The room I booked was perfectly clean and fashionable with comfy beds and nice bathrooms and couches as expected.

The room was updated - enjoyed the large bathroom. The location of the hotel was remote, not far from surrounding areas, restaurants and stores and downtown and the college campus.

We recently spent 3 days at Hampton Inn in Jacksonville and had a wonderful stay. The breakfast provided by the attentive ladies was impressive, with a constant replenishment of options and a clean seating area. The staff overall were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very comfortable. The entire facility was clean and had a fresh smell throughout our stay. It was a quiet location, yet conveniently close to everything in town. The breakfast had a great variety to choose from, and the bedding was outstanding. This hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a relaxing end to our trip.
